We came for brunch on a Sunday around 1:30pm and had reservations but place was open and didn't need seem to need them that day but would recommend making them so you don't have to wait. Weird thing was they wouldn't seat us until everyone in the party arrived even though place was empty and more tables freed up during our stay. We ordered the pizzas which I thought was tasty. Service could be better but nothing to complain about.

Everything about this meal was a 10/10. For starters, it's so cute inside. Very open and bright and conducive to a wonderful meal! Our waitress was amazing! We had never been before, so she offered up here favorites as well as the most popular items. Our game plan was to share a pizza along with a bunch of starters in order to try as much as we could. We started with dirty martinis, which were delicious. For the starters we ordered the fried olives, the eggplant rolatini, the meatballs, the focaccia, and a Caesar salad. Everything was incredible, but the fan favorites were the olives and the eggplant. For the pizza we shared the Hot Girl which was amazing. The thin crust is so light and crunchy, and the hot honey really elevated the pie. Pro trick: order a side of the paprika ranch to dip! I will 100% be back here as it's now my favorite pizza in the city!!

One of the best restaurants I've visited in NYC. Usually there is a standout dish, but here, all of it stood out. The service was quick and the restaurant is cozy. Hard to get a reservation; but, if I can get in, I will definitely be back!

We got the Hot Girl Pizza which was PHENOMENAL - great flavor, nice thin crust. However, We also got the crispy mozzarella and the Caesar salad which were skippable and the chicken parm which was actually terrible - burnt ends, overcooked and chewy, and the side of spaghetti was bland and chewy. I'd come back for the pizza and the pizza only.

A fun spot for groups of any size! Whether it's with parents or friends, this is a solid place with friendly and helpful service all around Definitely get the pizza or a couple! Absolutely worth it. The meatballs also were delicious. The burger a touch dry but the cheese melted perfectly and helped balance it out. Fantastic cocktails! Overall worth it to come.

Brunch Experience: We pulled up to Emmett's at 12 on a Saturday. Been wanting to come here but it's always been hard getting a reservation. They had a brunch menu but I still wanted to try the Za. As a Chicago boy, I love a mean thin crust tavern style pizza. This is the only one in Manhattan that I'm aware about, and it was really good. Chicago still does it better, but for New York this is as good as of a substitute as can be. The crust was super super thin, toppings were delicious, and the atmosphere was mellow. The restaurant goes pretty deep. Good for groups or a date. The meaty skillet I got was actually so good too. So filling, lotta meat and potatoes, Was a great breakfast. Overall highly recommend Emmett's for brunch if you're looking to spending between $30-50 a person on food and a drink.

Grabbed dinner here with a friend at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. By the time we left the place was PACKED. Would give this place a 3.5/5 but rounded up because it was cool vibes. We ordered the crispy olives, arugula salad and hot girl pizza. Crispy olives were fine, salad was GREAT and pizza was better than average but not amazing. My dirty martini however was incredibly delicious. I do love a thin crispy pizza. I think it was just lacking on a few things. I could barely taste the sauce and the sauce is my favorite part of a pizza. The flavors were subtle and I was left wanting more. I'm also a big fan of cold pizza and the leftovers for this were not good at all. The arugula salad may have been my favorite part! Crispy olives were lacking flavor too. Overall service was good except the host seemed a little passive aggressive. Food came out quickly, the atmosphere is great and AGAIN I loved my drink. I really wish they would include happy hour at all seats in the restaurant and not just the bar. I would go back again but next time I'd sit at the bar and go for happy hour.

This is such a cool spot for a lunch with friends! What I especially love about this space is they are large group friendly - yup! You're able to get a 10+ people reservation with no prix fixe or minimum charge -- as long as you book a week or so in advance and put down your card (for obvious reasons). Aside from that, the food itself is actually delicious! Fried olives ~ funnily enough I loved this! They were super crispy and the olive taste wasn't too overwhelming. The honey mustard sauce was also delicious. Ceasar salad ~ nothing crazy but really good! Hot girl ~ my fave! The MVP of the lunch! Crispy, airy, spicy, sweet... hot honey and pepperoni are my weakness - get this pizza! Peggy O' - we added prosciutto. this was just OK. Meatballs ~ SO good. Perfect seasoning. Sauce is delicious.

Came here before my 1st Men's League basketball game as I had to carb up bigtime. Carb up you little twerps, this war is forever. My best friend's parents were in town, so they wanted to treat me to dinner. They are like my 2nd set of parents at this point, real ones know. WE EATIN GOOD. We went with the focaccia, caesar salad, meatballs, pigs in a blanket, and the Nadine Pizza. I don't know why but I am a SUCKER for pigs in a blanket, just such an underrated snack or appetizer. Loved these ones, but was slightly perturbed that there were only 4 (sad face). The Nadine pizza was delicious, and even though it was thin crust it was easily enough to satiate the 3 of us. The energy and interior of this place is amazing, not too loud while still being alive. Dare I say the forbidden words: Quintessential New York? Being located in the heart of the West Village, which likely has the most beautiful people per capita in the US, my neck was getting broken every 3-5 minutes. If any of y'all know any good chiropractors lmk, I need an adjustment BAD. Don't worry my dear reader, I will close the basketball game loop as I know you care so much. Fueled by Emmett's Nadine Pizza and Pigs in a Blanket, I had 15pts, 11 rebounds, and 6 steals. But most importantly, we got the W.
